I have a process these days that once I cut in a paper collection, I go nuts. Therefore, I created a "series" of Sweet Peony.
Here, we have three cards and a mini album.
True story. Sweet Peony Paper Collection can stand on its own. I layered a sentiment cut from the paper over another beautiful piece. I just love the purple and pink!
Cutting the fiddly bits from Heartfelt Creations paper is just one of my favorite things to do. The little stamp pieces are my favorite. I always use every last one of them. I used the Ticket and Tags Die to cut the "Celebrate You" sentiment piece. I loved the first asters line Heartfelt Creations designed back in 2012. I bought the newer Wild Aster Cling Stamp Set and Die as quickly as I could. I stamped the flowers with Archival Black and and used Stack and Store Daubers- Pack of 6 to color with purple Distress Ink.
Machine stitching, gems, and a bit of ribbon completed this card.
I used Ornamental Tags Die to cut the tag piece. Then, I layered it with a scalloped circle cut with Decorative Circle Frames Die. I used a simple circle punch to cut the birdies. I love the birdies. I can't get enough birdies. I want birdies in every collection.
There's just no shortage of beautiful prints from this collection.
This is a little mini album I made using the the Sweet Peony Paper Collection.
These papers really don't need anything else. Just add photos!
Thanks for stopping by!
