A LO is a rare treat in my scrap room!
I've been wanting to do this "ham and cheese" LO since this summer! The papers are a mix of Vintage Blue by Glitz Design, I Believe by Riddersholm, and Oct 31st by Fancy Pants. You can find all these in the Flying Unicorn store! I scraplifted the Flying Unicorn Artist of the Week: Tracy. Tons of fabulous inspiration in her gallery!
Haven't done handstitching in quite awhile. Got a wild hair, I guess. On my boy LOs, I love to have the thread ends showing on the top. Adds a bit of whimsy.
The journaling. I always journal. Mistakes are okay :) I almost always use Micron pens.
Black is my favorite.
"OH BOY!" is a sticker from Echo Park's Little Boy. The pointer is a stamp from Phantom by Pink Paislee, available at Flying Unicorn. I love pompom trim. I think it's from Beach Babe by Fancy Pants. But, more importantly, it's from my BFF Krissy's stash :) Oh, and that embossing border punch by EK Success? Also from her stash.
Title created with Basic Grey letter stickers and dymo labeler. The brocade print paper is from I Believe by Riddersholm, available at Flying Unicorn. I LOVE all things Riddersholm! The die cuts are from Storybook, cut with the Expression.
For the die cuts, I inked the edges in brown, embossed with a houndstooth embossing folder/Cuttlebug, and topped with brown, blue, and green chalk inks. The fuzzy creature is a sticker from
Recollections by Michael's.
Did some misting and masking here. Used a bubbly glimmer screen and yellow glimmer mist. The doodly thing is a rub on from The Paper Studio. The "boys rock" barcode is a rub on from Fancy Pants.
Dude... I forgot to add my signature brads! Huh.

your title for them is super cute... I can imagine by looking at the pic what laughs *Ham & Cheese* must bring to life.
This cracks me up!!! Love the LO and what you did to bring these two to 'life'!! Gotta go find and create my own "ham and cheese".
Love it Alissa! The title is CUTE!
