Covered Bridge Card

Covered Bridge by Heartfelt Creations. Left: stamped with archival black. Right: stamped with stazon brown. Cut both images with Spellbinders in Cuttlebug. Card design I'm using today is from Mojo Monday, Week 171.

Gave all my edges a little brown ink.

Here's how I mat things these days. I used to measure then cut my next piece larger/smaller by a quarter of an inch but I like this eyeballing game better.

Cut and mat again.

Cut and mat again.

All the patterned paper is Origins by Basic Grey. The fabric brad is also from the Origins collection. The beautiful, brown ribbon is from the wonderful collection of xmas ribbon Michael's had last year (last year, as in 8 days ago!).

My very own chipboard sentiment embellishment button thingy! Stamped and punched and matted to a thin piece of chipboard, highlighted a bit with green chalk and tied down with bamboo twine.

Same kind of card but decorated differently.

Thanks for stopping by!

Your eyeball is very finely tuned! I could never get cuts that straight. Gorgeous cards, as always.

You are just so talented and creative! Thanks for stopping by my blog. My camera is a Canon XS Rebel. About as basic (ie. cheap) as you can get with a SLR;).
