Lighthouse Thinking of You

I needed some Thinking of You cards in my stash but I also wanted to do something quick in the hour before my online crop last night. Got these done thanks to heavensent.

Left: Paper from the Holiday Stack by DCWV. Ribbon by WRMK. Stamped with Archival coffee ink. Right: Paper from a boy collection by MME. Stamped with Archival crimson ink. Hobby Lobby carries a good selection of these Archival inks, my FAVORITE!

Heavensent stamped her scene on tissue paper which gave it a bit of a wrinkly, worn look. I didn't have any tissue paper but liked the look. I recreated it using Versamark, a weathered background stamp, and chalk.

1. Stamped the lighthouse with Archival ink.
2. Stamped the weathered background on top with Versamark. I used the sparkly champagne color but plain Versamark will work.
3. Use a dauber to apply chalk (I used the brown) over the stamped image. The chalk will stick to the Versamark and show up really nicely.
