Welcome to my post for the

Alumni Blog Hop!

Be sure to leave a comment on all the participating blogs. The hop closes on Monday, February 28th. The winner will be announced on the HC blog and on FB on Wednesday, June 1st. Be sure to email
Heartfelt Creations at socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.us with
"Winner of the May Alumni Hop" in the subject line.

I have a process these days that once I cut in a paper collection, I go nuts. Therefore, I created a "series" of Sweet Magnolia. Here, we have two cards.

These papers are from the Sweet Magnolia Paper Collection. The tags are cut from Ornamental Tags Die and Ticket and Tags Die.

The flowers and leaves are stamped and cut from Flowering Dogwood Stamps and Dies.

The tags are cut from Ticket and Tags Die.

I love the postage bits in the paper collections!

Thanks for stopping by!

June Bug Card Collection

June Bug by Basic Grey was released in 2009. Is that vintage in the
magical world of scrapbooking? What is the oldest thing you have used lately?

I used my Silhouette Cameo to make this box. The file is called
A2 Lori Whitlock Card & Envelope Box
I do love her files!

Do you have a favorite Lori Whitlock file?

The bright and bold presentation of this collection makes me smile!

I had to get creative with cuts so that I could get my layers stacked up. I was working with mere scraps on this project.

Clouds and banners are the fast lane to fun cards. I use a circle punch to cut pieces for the banner. I fold the pieces in half, ink the edges with
a black brush tip pen and add twine.

Enamel dots are a great way to add that one little bit more to any project.
