Welcome to my post for the

Heartfelt Creations at socialmedia@heartfeltcreations.us with
"Winner of the October Alumni Hop" in the subject line.

I have a process these days that once I cut in a paper collection, I go nuts. Therefore, I created a "series" of Snowy Pines. Here, we have a traditional cards and folio cards.

This is my first attempt at something like this. Is it a card? Is it an album? I dunno. But it's pretty! The papers are from Dazzling Dahlia Paper Collection by Heartfelt Creations. The little circle tag was cut with Ornamental Tags Die. The side profile butterfly is cut from the paper with the Dazzling Dahlia Die.

The little ticket piece is cut from the paper with the Ticket and Tags Die.

I used the Dazzling Dahlia Die to cut the flower and the butterfly. I used Decorative Circle Frames for the scalloped circle piece.

The tag piece is cut from Ornamental Tags Die.

Azalea by PSX

Who loves pink?!!

The papers are by Heartfelt Creations. I think it's Sugar Hollow. Or Classic Petunia. Can't remember. I kept the whole thing simple with machine stitching and a white ribbon.

I used hard core pencils to color these azaleas. I love all azaleas.

Pansy by PSX

Who loves purple?!!

This beautiful stamp is by PSX and came out in the 1990s. PSX is long gone, so if you see it, get it! The papers are from Violet Silence by Stamperia.

I first colored this stamp back in 2011. Then, I ruined it with uGly embellishments. This time, I kept the card simple. Nothing a perfectly picked ribbon and simple color scheme can't do!
Oh, and machine stitching. I used hard core pencils to color it this time.
Probably Staedtler, Loew-Cornell, and American Crafts.

Hummingbird by Stamps Happen

I bought a new house two years ago and have since ditched my Canon in favor of my cell phone. I really, really need to work on photography. Even with editing, they're just falling flat.

Moving on. This glorious, gorgeous, wonderful stamp is by Carolyn Shores Wright for Stamps Happen. It is long discontinued, so if you see it, buy it!

I used oil based pencils to color this image. I love that you can get a million oil based pencils online. In a zillion different brands. From 12 pencils to 200 pencils. Anyway, I used machine stitching and a Micron pen to support this stamp. The papers are from Anna Lee by Prima.

Birthday Series

A card crafter can never have too many birthday cards!

I believe most, if not all, papers I used in this little series is from Capture Life by Echo Park. Punches make the scraps go a long way! I used my hexagon punches, cardstock stickers, and a micron pen to put this one together.

Punches, die cuts, cardstock stickers for this card.

I do love frames and enamel dots. When I don't know where to start with layers,
I start with a frame.
