about 2 cousins

I haven't been over to Counterfeit Kits in awhile but their concept still rocks my socks. I love shopping my own stash and putting together a kit I can use for my next few projects. This helps me use things I would probably otherwise overlook. I also scrap faster this way.

Picture Apologies. I have a mix of Scribble Scrabble, Crate Paper, and Simple Stories here. I also pulled a 6x6 paper from Farm House.

I love hearts so they're taking center stage here. This old collection by Scribble Scrabble is called "Bric a Brac." The brick paper is from the Farm House 6x6 paper pad.

The title is a mix of Jillibean Soup, Crate Paper, and Basic Grey. The "family tag" is Crate paper and the heart is from Recollections- a Michael's brand. The border punch is Martha Stewart.

The brads are oldies from Kaisercraft. The arrows are rub ons from Fancy Pants. I applied them to Kraft card stock and then cut them out.

More random bits and journaling. The chipboard button is from K and Company.

I have several collections from Scribble Scrabble but I definitely prefer to work with brighter colors.

Play With Me *Memorable Seasons*

Who likes red?

Papers are from The Adventures Of by Bazzill

The nut stamp is from Sassafras.

"Dad" is a stamp by Sassafras. "Play" is from Jillibean Soup and the blue alphas are all from Basic Grey.

The two stickers are both from The Adventures Of by Bazzill.

My COLOR CHALLENGE is to use four different colors on your layout. Here, I used red, orange, blue, and grey.

grammy stops for rocks

I love these photos of my little boy with his Grammy. He has apparently spotted a very interesting rock and she doesn't mind letting him pick out his treasure.

We've got a mix of American Crafts, Studio Calico, Teresa Collins, and Pebbles and more going here.

The journaling card is from Teresa Collins.

The hearts are from a punch by Martha Stewart. The title letters are from Webster's Pages, Basic Grey, and American Crafts.

The banner chipboard is Basic Grey. The circular stamp is... can't remember. Scrappy Cat? I topped the middle with a sweet little heart. I love hearts.

These fun clouds are from Pebbles. I rescued them from clearance at Michael's a couple of years ago.

The papers are from Posy Patch Collection by Heartfelt Creations. It is so beautiful! I let the background paper do most of the work.

These flowers are stamped and cut with Posy Patch stamps and dies. After cutting them, I sprayed them all with Silver Glimmer Mist by Tattered Angels and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Stormy Skies.

Little details.

smile

I'll love this cheesy smile forever.
This layout has a wild blend of American Crafts, Studio Calico, and Crate Paper. And sprinkled with Sassafras, Echo Park, and Elle's Studio.

"Awesome" is a sticker from Echo Park. "Smile" is a die cut from Cricut Expression/Cricut Craft Room. The teeny hearts are from a Martha Stewart punch.

The tag is Elle's Studio. The banners are from Teresa Collins and the dotted line is a rub on from DCWV.

The monster tag is an oldie from Sassafras.

This tag is Elle's Studio. I say "You are my favorite" all the time to my little guy. He's my only child so...
