Raindrops on Roses Part III

  Raindrops On Roses is a retired collection by Heartfelt Creations. 

I decimated my stash with projects that I am showcasing this month. 

The papers are all from Raindrops on Roses. This paper collection is retired. However, the rose stamps and dies are still available! I used the Classic Rose stamps, dies, and mold. The sentiment is cut directly from the paper collection with the Ticket and Tags Die. I used machine stitching to add fun detail.
