I started on this layout last year. Like, early last year. I was just following some cool sketch (that someone else had at a crop) and merely using some Happy Days by Echo Park because... it made me happy. I had no clue how I planned to use the layout. None. Zero. Zilch. Zippo.
I did something over in the left corner that I didn't care for and it had bugged me for months. Then, I ripped it off. And that bugged me for months. What was I gonna do with that damaged space?
Finally, just a few days ago, I stuck down a punched yellow piece and layered it with chipboard. Great! I was ready to move on! I picked these two prom photos of my parents and filled in some of the negative space. I always talk to my mom on Saturdays, so I'll ask her what I should write in the journaling section tomorrow.
The circular stamp is by Heartfelt Creations. I'm pretty sure all the stickers are by Echo Park. I added a couple of punched butterflies and layered them with Glossy Accents. The dot trim is a rub on by DCWV.

Even if this took a year - it's still fabulous!! Never would have thought to use bright colors with old photos, but you really made it look devine!!!
